Goal Weight

I look at the stats for some of you shorties, like me, and can't imagine being in the 120's. I'm 5'3" and 59 yrs old. I'm at 147 lbs most days.

I never had a weight problem until I started menopause (early 40's). I was always 126 lbs, and ate pretty much anything I wanted. Since losing 40 lbs, even though I'm 20 lbs heavier than I used to be, I'm in a smaller size clothing.

I am maintaining right now, but still wanting to lose another 10 lbs, to be in a normal BMI range. I lose pretty slow, and it took me a year to lose 40 lbs. Since Sept, when I switched from WW Core to SBD, I haven't lost any weight.

Could you all post a normal days menu, including all drinks, snack, etc. Maybe I'm eating too much, although I don't feel like I am. I have steel cuts oats for breakfast, soups or leftovers for lunch, chicken or fish, veggies and a grain (quinoa or bulgar) for dinner. I have a glass of milk with lunch and dinner. Usually fruit for snacks and sometimes popcorn (94% FF or air popped) in the evening. I'm not sure if I'm eating too much or not enough.

Am I being unrealistic about ever getting back down to 126?

Personally, I spoke with my doctor about setting my goal weight. I'm almost 46 and am 5' 3". She suggested 135 for my body type. I was about 125 when I was in my teens and 20's and I would be happy getting to 140. I actually got down to it for quite awhile but then I gained 30 pounds back. I'm still able to wear a size 10 mostly and I used to be an 18 so that is good. My cholesterol is also fine and my blood pressure is great with only one medicine (I was on 3 when I started SBD). I can't imagine getting down below 135 at my age but you might as your doctor.
