Jane - you can do this. Get rid of all your temptations. Fill your fridge with SB friendly foods. Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water! Add more protein to your deit, beans too. Keep yourself full and just keep telling yourself.... it was only 1 day, you can turn this around!
Best of luck to you!

I agree with Jenskihere's advice. Rid yourself of the temptations around you until you can get back on track and control your lusting after them. Good luck!

First of all, get rid of all the temptations in your house. It's very hard to stay on track when you have all kinds of sugar loaded goodies and other off-plan foods staring you in the face.
The best advice I can give you to get rid of your cravings right now is to go back on Phase 1 until you feel in control again. Sit down and make up a menu for all your meals for the next week or so, then go shopping to make certain you have everything you need. It's so much easier to stay on track when you have a plan in place.
Good luck!

I agree with everyone's suggestions! You can't keep thinking about how bad you were but start thinking about how good you are going to be! I also fell off the wagon over Christmas. I refuse to even step on my scale until the end of the week when I feel I will be more in control. Good luck to you!
