Default Need Salmon Recipe Ideas

Hello Ladies! I have a bag of frozen salmon thawing out right now but I have no idea what I want to do with it. I'd like to cook it on the stove top rather than the oven because my oven is acting up. Any ideas? I'm on phase 2.

I usually cook my salmon on my G. Foreman grill, but it comes out just as well baked in the oven. I like to sprinkle a little Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salmon Seasoning or spread some Trader Joe's soy-ginger marinade on it before cooking.

A little olive oil and Mrs. Dash works for us. Also a few more SBD friendly ways:

lime juice, tsp olive oil and some paprika (cayenne if you like spicey)

sweet and sour salmon: 1 c. water, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, 1 shallot, chopped, 1 tbsp. pickling spice, 1 tsp. cracked peppercorn, 1 packet Equal

garlic, olive oil, fresh thyme, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, teaspoon of margarine

Or any combo of any of these Marinate in fridge for as long as you can but no more than 4 hours or the acid starts to cook the fish!
