A little olive oil and Mrs. Dash works for us. Also a few more SBD friendly ways:
lime juice, tsp olive oil and some paprika (cayenne if you like spicey)
sweet and sour salmon: 1 c. water, 1/4 c. red wine vinegar, 1 shallot, chopped, 1 tbsp. pickling spice, 1 tsp. cracked peppercorn, 1 packet Equal
garlic, olive oil, fresh thyme, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, teaspoon of margarine
Or any combo of any of these
Marinate in fridge for as long as you can but no more than 4 hours or the acid starts to cook the fish!
