Default Having family over; Ideas??
Hey all,

Next week, I will be having family over for the holidays. Any suggestions on what I can serve that is SBD friendly? I want to serve something that Ic an eat and them as well that is not too diety. I dont mind fixing something and then making a side of rice for them or etc. Also, I have thought about just taking them out to eat. Seafood, steak or something.

I believe in the recipe section we have some holiday meal ideas! There are lots of great recipes there and then also in the main dishes section too!

I think it's very easy to serve a meal that everyone can enjoy. There are some delicious entrees posted in our recipe section, and you can serve a vegetable on the side, along with a nice salad. We even have a nice selection of desserts that are SBD friendly. You don't even have to tell anyone that all the food is South Beach Diet food, and they'll be none the wiser.
