Default Are you getting all of your water in today???hmmmm???

I know I need a little boost when it comes to getting all of my water in so I thought I would post a mini challenge to help me and any others who may be struggling with this today! so, here I go!

20 oz-done~!
20 oz-done~!
20 oz-done~!
20 oz-wip- may not finish, don't want to be up in the middle of the night if I can help it! This is something I am not used to so I really don't like to be disturbed in the night!!!- i woke up last night and I am thinking maybe I should try to have my water in by a certain time- anyone else have this issue?

I've been noticing that my caffeine/water intake is extremely off whack. I'm probably retaining a TON of H20! So I'll join, for sure!

I'm going to judge off of my 27 oz water bottle instead, so...

1 water bottle:
2 water bottle:
3 water bottle:
4 water bottle:
1/2 water bottle: Check!

I'm about to go do a work-out, so I'll hopefully come back having a full bottle out of the way!

I use to average a gallon of water or more a day until my doctor told me to stop because it causes bloat & weight gain and my body doesn't need that much and was I trying to drowned it. Now I avereage 80-96 oz a day

I have a 32 oz Nalgene bottle that I fill in the morning and drink before lunchtime. I have emptied it for today. The rest of my fluids I will get from other beverages (coffee, milk, tea), soups, and food. If I'm thirsty later I might have another glass of water. Honestly, I like to drink water, but guzzling it makes me feel sick, and I really don't think we need that much.

I always drink between 80 and 140 oz of water. I've been worried that it's too much, but my rule is: 8 oz of water after I eat anything with more than 6-7 grams of fibers, and the rest of the water is just what I feel like drinking. I've always been a compulsive/nervous sipper, but I used to drink no water -- I'd drink this volume of (non-caffeinated) diet soda! Yuck!

I'm up to ~50 oz today.

I am the same way- drinking something is kind of like my nervous habit(weird, i know!) but i always have a drink with me! if i have water in the car its almost like smoking for me(i dont smoke) almost habit to just sip it while i am driving!

any uncomfortable situation especially i definitely have something to drink with me!

Ditto on the water drinking. I rarely have less than 100 oz, almost always more. I remember when it was hard to force 64 oz down! Now I just drink all day (well that would be interesting taken out of context...)

my problem is making sure my 100+oz is just plain water- not diet sodas or anything else... from now on no less than 60oz water and probably will be more~!
20 with every meal(helps fill you up too!)
and then water throughout the day! shouldn't be hard!

Me too, I drink a lot, I don't feel comfortable if I don't have something around that I'm sipping on. The challenge is to make sure it is pure water and not just diet soda or coffee. If I keep bottled water on hand I will grab it and drink it but if I have to get tap water and have soda in the refrig then I will grab the soda. So I always have bottled water in the refrig just so it is easier to grab. I'm basically lazy, what ever is the most convenient is what I'm going to drink the most of.

or lose the soda Bet it wouldn't be easier if you had to go to the store to get it. I find that having a large water bottle helps. I just mindlessly drink out of it all day. This time of year I'm also drinking lots of mugs of herbal tea because I can use them to warm my hands (the joy of working in old buildings)

I actually just started again with the hard-core water drinking today. I've been in the bathroom ALL DAY! I bought a 74 oz jug and drank the whole thing down today, plus 8 oz of tea this morning. My eyeballs are floating!
