OK ladies.....what's the plan for dinner this week???? Remember you do better if you plan what you're eating. And hopefully this thread will help to inspire you!!!

Tonight we've got Lemon-Pepper Salmon, Spinach-mushroom Quinoa stir-fry, and a green salad.

This week's dessert is SF/FF Pudding w/ raspberries.

Dinner tonight is thai peanut lettuce bundles. I need to clean out the fridge this week so all other meals are going to be just thrown together from what we already have.

Zeff - When I make it, I put it in single serving dishes (I actually use the tea cups that came with my dinner set) and then we're only tempted to eat one serving at a time. I also add the berries to the bottom of the cup to make it look like it's filled even more.

Tonight we're having spaghetti pie in the crockpot -- whole wheat spaghetti, Gimme Lean "sausage" crumbles and ground turkey breast, ff cottage cheese, egg beaters...hope it still tastes good after all of those substitutions. I'll be glad when soccer season is done -- having to do either a crockpot or takeout dinner three nights a week is getting old!

I have a really good chicken satay recipe (it uses coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, ginger and lime juice) with peanut sauce, if you're interested. It came from a parenting magazine, and DS absolutely loved it.

Plans have changed for tonight. We're going to be having turkey sloppy joes with shredded carrots, onions and lots of tomatoes in the recipe. I absolutely LOVE this sloppy joe recipe. Some ww buns to serve, broccoli and sweet potatoes on the side.

That'd be great! Send an IM in case I forget to check the thread, if you don't mind
