I can't wait until I'm down to my goal weight and I can post something like this!
I forgot all about this post. It's now been 4 years, who would have thought?! I can't say it's really gotten easier but it's just become habit. I hope that sticks because I now see myself as the fit, healthy 50 year old I am and can't imagine back-sliding. There's not a slice of pizza or dessert in the world that's worth being where I was or where I would be without SBD and the Chicks around here. As I often tell people - I am the only 50 year old I know who takes no prescription meds, just Vitamin D and cinnamon. I can keep up with almost anyone on a bike or on foot, never take elevators and usually have energy to tackle anything and I'm not achy all the time anymore. It has been so worth it.
