What's for Dinner 9/29 - 10/5
The dinner bell is ringing.....what's on the table for this week?
Tonight we're having Chicken Cheesesteak Saute' w/ a big green salad.
For dessert this week I'm trying a Quinoa Pudding recipe. If it's good, I'll be sure to post it here.

I had butternut squash lasagna leftovers from yesterday. It's so awesome that I'm not even going make regular lasagna for myself anymore.
I"ll have to make the real thing for Jake, though, as he won't even taste mine! Men.

Zeff, just cook and peel the squash and cut into long slices horizontally, then substitute them for your lasagna noodles and make it as you normally would.

I did chicken and garlic - gotta use it up somehow! Served it with green beans and tomatoes.
