Hi!
So, I found myself wandering around the house last night, bored... trying not to eat. I opened the cabinet and there staring me in the face was a lovely container of white sugar. Though I really wanted to make a cup of tea and pour a heap in there I didn't. Instead I poured a hot bath, combined some olive oil with the white sugar (raw sugar is too course) in a glass container until it was a nice smooth paste. I sat in the tub and 'steeped' until soggy : ) Using the sugar scrub made my skin feel fantastic! It also made me feel very much in control- as I had avoided a possible binge. I am in week three of the SBD, I just restarted my second week of phase one, as last week was not my proudest accomplishment

I am very happy that I have discovered that I really do have the power to control my eating and though it is a long road even these little triumphs are huge.
SO! The next time a sugar craving creeps up on you go ahead, have some! Just keep it external

It really does feel great...
