Default Had to Force Yourself to Eat?

Has anyone had the problem of not wanting to eat? I am on day 9 of Phase 1. I got up this morning and was not hungry at all just thinking about food make me gag, but I forced myself to eat breakfast bc I know I need it. Anyone else have this problem? Or am I just weird. Haha

No, you're not weird. Well, maybe you are, but not because of this LOL! It happens to lots of folks on Ph1. Enjoy it while it lasts, but make sure you are still eating enough.

I had this happen in the first week of Phase I. Forced down cottage cheese when eggs sounded so nauseating. It passes.

Schmoodle .. you're right I am weird but not becuase of this hehe.

Murphmitch.. I couldn't force down cottage cheese. Texture freaks me out enough haha.

This morning I ate my scrabbled eggs with mushrooms onions and peppers and some turkey bacon. I also brought some stuff to make a couple of turkey rollups for a snack when that time comes. Thankfully I know I have to eat and so I wont skip a meal. I hope this passes soon. Thanks for the replies.

Had the same feeling this morning about eggs and had to fast for bloodwork anyways... did a special K20 protein water mix and a piece of 2% cheese. Got me over the morning hump. Now i am forcing last nights dinner leftovers down.
