Messed Up
Well I guess I messed up my first day. Oh well lesson learned. I will do better tomorrow.
:) |
You definitely will and you have a healthy attitude about it which is a bonus. :D
Oh btw, I have messed up ph 1 so many times so I am not judging you at all. I'm on my 3rd go around, which I screwed up yesterday, so I'm back on it again. |
Mel, I sent you two ims. Please delete your posts above so your personal isn't too personal! :)

Changed my avatar - this pic is to reflect my new "skinny" face
Pic was taken Saturday before we left for the Jags game |
Hi Loriann, about to send a PM back as we speak. I need some help, lol.
Gonnabe165, great picture, you have a wonderful smile. :D New poster Theresa, oh yeah, I forgot to mention, since you are doing phase 1 and aren't sure of what to do yet, you should join us in the Phase One chick chat as well... people generally post their menus and stuff regarding Phase 1... it's really helpful. I like to post my menus to make sure I'm doing it right because believe me I've had so many screwups and I'll bet no one has asked more dumb questions than me, but I keep doing it so that I can make this lifestyle change and make it permanent. :D Hope to see you there. :D |
Very cute, gonnabe! And welcome, lotstoo. Don't get down on yourself. Take everything on step at a time and you will do great. :)
|
I had a decent weekend - too fast though! Is it Friday yet??? ;)
|
Thanks
Thanks Melanie! I will see you at the Phase One chick chat .

Theresa you didn't screw up, we all have days when we don't get all our meals and snacks in for whatever reason. Just go on with your day and don't let it get you down. The biggest mistake you can make is letting a little thing ruin a good day and just throwing the day away.
You will find a schedule that works for you. Mine is like clock work now, breakfast 6:30, snack 10:30, lunch noon, snack 4:00, dinner 7:00 and small sweet whatever sometime after that. Except for the weekends when that all goes out the door! :D This isn't rocket science although somedays it feels like it (that is more for me than you if you saw my morning post) ;) |

i don't even know if im on phase 1 or two or what, i've just been eating healthier stuff.. but don't know if dannon light & fit carb & sugar control yogurt is accepted on the SBD nor the purdue chicken strip things you can microwave.. have no idea but i figure as long as i don't eat much of those things it prob won't harm me any. |
Can someone tell me if the Hot Chocolate recipe:
http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=102582 would count as a snack? It is 1 cup lowfat milk, few teaspoons of spenda/cocoa powder/vanilla. Also, I thought I saw it mentioned somewhere that there was a thread for phase 1... did I miss it somewhere? I see some people posting questions that started, just wondering where I go to vent about being on Phase 1 (not that today isn't wonderful! LOL) Thanks, Jenny |
OK, so it is listed under "Snacks Phase 1"... answered my own question I guess!
|
Zeffy, you have a belly bean!!! Congrats, dear!

Hi Jellybean, I don't know about the dannon yogurt, is it sugar free? I do know I do like that yogurt though, I'll check it out next time I hit the store. If it's fruity and sugar free, I'm sure it's fine for phase 2. I wonder if vanilla flavored is alright for ph 1 if it's sugar free? Maybe someone else knows.
The purdue chicken strips should be fine as long as they are not floured. I like to buy packages of unbreaded chicken tenderloins from the deli section and for salads and stuff, I'll cook them with a bit of smart balance and whatever seasonings strike my fancy and it's just like the grilled chicken they put on salads at restaurants. |

There is the thread entitled "phase 1 chick check, august 11th onwards" or something like that. It's helpful for those on phase 1... I post my menus and stuff so if I'm doing something incorrectly, people can point it out. :D |
