Yum! The only kind for me is the one I pick in my own garden. I love them! I make salsa and chili sauce and also can lots for the winter. (Just did a garden inspection and this may be the year for green tomato mincemeat unless things hurry up!)
Cherry tomatoes roasted with pesto and ww croutons is just yummy. I also do an Italian thingie with tomatoes, eggs, eggplant and peppers with onion and garlic of course. Looks terrible but tastes great.
And then there's gazpacho!
