Lightbulb Ground soynuts as a breading?
I bought some soynuts the other day at Costco for my salads and for a snack. I was thinking of possibly grounding some up in my food processor to bread some chicken breasts tonight.
Has anyone tried this before?

I haven't tried soynuts, but I've used ground almonds as a breading and it worked really well.
