



I quit 12 years ago - I was a 2 pack/day girl back then. I can't remember the exact numbers - is it 2 weeks to get the nicotine out of your system? After that it's all about the habit side. Sounds like you did your research and are prepared for it. Quitting was way harder than losing weight but it can be done. It will be the best thing you ever did for yourself. YOU CAN DO IT!!

I can't wait to go back, but I don't know when that's going to be. Maybe this fall, but I just am not sure!
