Can i eat this on phase 1?

I really fancy making a chicken, onion, broccoli and cauliflower bake, for the sauce i was thinking about using lowfat cream cheese mixed with a bit of milk and mayo to thin it with some herbs and spices and some mustard powder to spice things up a bit.
Can i have all that on phase 1?
