I dont understand how v8 helps?? I know its full of vegs, but it has alot of carbs and sugar too...
Im thinking about dropping this from my bfast and only doing a broccolli, ham and cheese omlet or the belgium waffles from this recipe..
any thoughts??
I only need to loose 10pds and need to do so by april 19th
what can I put in place of the v8 to get my veggies in??
