I think I mentioned that...
Spray some nonstick cooking spray in a crock pot. Throw in some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sprinkle with some taco seasoning (make sure there is no sugar in the ingredients), dump some salsa on top (maybe about a cup or so for every 2 or 3 breasts), and then let it cook. I usually do about 5 or 6 hours - depends when I am ready to eat. When it is done, remove the chicken and put in on some plates. Stir some fat free sour cream into the liquid stuff in the crock pot, then dump that sauce on top of the chicken on the plates. Voila!
