Need help making a Pie Crust for our FF SF pudding mixes. I read some ideas on using Fiber 1 cereal. Has anyone tried it or any other ideas?

Also, those oatmeal cookies you guys chat about, are they the 7 ingredient ones on the board? they look good, I'd like to make em for hubby and me.

I use Fiber One crushed with a little Smart Balance margarine and Splenda for my pie crusts, with excellent results. I even use it as a crumb topping for my apple crisps, too.
I think it was KO that made a pie crust using the Peanutbutter Cookie recipe, and said it turned out great. That sounds like it would be good with sf chocolate pudding!
