Default Are These Allowed or Am I Cheating!? =[

So I discovered the wonderful world of Quaker Rice Cakes and they're amazingly delicious. For a few days I was eating them a lot. Well, I would only eat one serving size, but that's a lot of rice cakes when it's the mini ones. Anyway. Does anyone know if they're allowed on SBD? I'm on Phase II right now. I know it's definitely a HUGE no-no for Phase I. But what do you all think? They are so yummy! Am I going off-course while enjoying these yummy treats?

I believe they have a high glycemic index, as they are made from white rice. I would say no, but that's just me =)

The ones made with brown rice would be OK but there are some with corn and regular rice which are not allowed on Phase II. I'd check the ingredients carefully for sugars which could set off cravings.
