Hello, Beach!

OK, so I have never been particularly fond of the beach. Maybe its because I haven't looked so hot on the beach for the last ten years. Anyway, I have decided to give South Beach a try so I can keep myself more disciplined and take the guess work out of weight loss. I have been posting on the 100 pound club for about a month but I think I am ready to start following a structured plan. So hello everyone!
