Wow, Sand, I like that...unfortunately for us, DB is financially impaired, as they say...he makes enough now but has pretty much spent it all in his previous life and now I'm making him get all his debt paid off. So then I have to be the one to handle all the money which has been EXTRA weird bc we haven't been living together! One day, when we each make normal incomes (instead of me being a broke graduate student and him a real estate agent who never knows what kind of paycheck he's bringing in), I would like to work out a system like yours.
