Hi Avoid green peas during phase 1. You can add 1/2 cup during P2, as a starchy vegetable.

The SBD mods put together a fantastic list of what's allowed in our SBD FAQ forum that should be of help Look for the lists of what's allowed during P1 and P2.

Oh, 7 layer salad..yum, haven't had that in a while! I ate my first peas yesterday, but not many and they sure would have been better with that salad..
when you can eat it again, just substitute with LC cheese and take it easy on the mayo and sub turkey bacon and splenda for the sugar. Miss Mess, here's a recipe. It looks so pretty served in a trifle glass. It's a southern luncheon staple... yum!!!!
