I can't stands the brussels sprouts!!!!
my new thing is KALE...I love esp. in stirfry...I make szechuan style stirfry...spicy and yummy...mostly all veggies....kale, broccoli, bean sprouts, zucchini, etc....
turnips and rutabagas are easy to make...just boil like potatoes, but longer....then mash with some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and lite sour cream or yogurt....YUM!!
I use cauliflower to make "rice"....I put the florets thru the shredder of my food processor...then place in a covered bowl (dry) and nuke for 60 to 75 seconds...then fluff and use for white "rice"...it's great for chicken "rice " soup...or for stir frys....or add it to cooked brown rice to lower carbs and calories....
