I've been considering readjusting my goal weight. I picked 130 because it would put me at a healthy BMI and when I weighed 155, losing 25 pounds seemed reasonable.
I think I'm going to shoot for somewhere between 120 and 125 instead...but I'm waiting to get to 130 (and hold there a while) before making that decision. Now that I'm heading back to the gym, I'm trying not to get too hung up on numbers... Kara, you ask the best questions! |

I am glad I could help someone out. I KNOW I will never get down to the 130's, I haven't been that light since I was a (young) teen. I was 150 when I got married and if I ever reach that weight again, I would probably faint. I haven't started SB yet (waiting for a grocery trip) but I lost 2lbs this week! I am so excited to be doing this without having to be on medication.

I talked to my doctor and because I have a broad frame and a dense bone structure she advised that it would not be healthy for my to weight less that 165-155. That is a big range but I figure I'll reach my goal, see how I fdeel, talk to my doc again and figure out what the next step is.
