I've seen mention a couple times of a "sweet treat allowance of 75-100 calories a day". What does this mean? How does it fit it with the meals and snacks?

you can have the sweet treat of 75-100 calories any way you wish

as gum
as crystal light or splenda at a meal or snack
as a popsicle after a meal or a sweet treat....

i have mine as a fudge pop before bed most nights.
