Default True Weight Loss

As I report last week, I fell off the wagon and started on Phase 1 again. I plan to stay here until May 30th before restarting Phase 2 with a piece of fruit a week.

In the time I have been "bad", I have only gained back 4 pounds. This tells me that unlike a lot of other diet that have mostly water loss, I truly lost those 14 pounds. Truly. I wasn't seeing things on the scale!!

I am disappointed in myself for falling off, but I am back on track now and even more dedicated. I am not doing any bacon or sausage for breakfasts and I have found a very low sodium vegetable juice (35 mg per serving) for my breakfasts. Also, I am no longer having cheese on my salads and sticking to the low-fat stick for now.

I really appreciate your encouragement.

Hugs,
SabbyKay

Thank you for sharing the results of falling off, I keep thinking all the weight i've lost is just water. (I know thats silly but thats how I think) this helps me realize its real. :-)

Ooopsmyhalofelloff - there's no way you could lose 26 pounds of just water! You definitely lost some real weight!
SabbyKay - thanks for sharing that! And good for you for picking yourself back up and getting started again. That's awesome!

well if it's all water in the last year i've lost 50 pounds of it.

with limiting yourself (i.e. no turkey bacon or cheese) be careful not to set yourself up to fail.
