Wake up! Wake up!! Good morning. It's time to do it again... The coffee's brewed, so let's get moving.
I had my alarm set for 4:00 this morning so I could get my workout in, but when I got up at 3:30 with my youngest, I could hardly move, so I decided it was a good day to rest. Depending on how I feel this afternoon, and how clingy the girls are once we get home, I may do it later in the day.
The scale showed me down to 206.2 this morning. I'm FINALLY back to where I was before my most recent misadventures with food began. I'm moving in to P2 this week because I can't stand another week on P1. Wish me luck!!
Lots of exciting things happening on my blanket today. What's on your agenda?

Reason: i can't spell...
Today was my weigh-in. I lost 1.2 lbs. As of today, I am one week back on-plan. Wow! I feel amazing! No more mood swings and my energy level is incredible. I love Southbeach!
This morning, we have someone else coming in to see the house. I work from home, so I'm doing a little work....getting up to vacuum...doing a little more work....getting up to dust...and so on, and so on. I'm sure you all get the picture. My morning is hectic! I cant wait until this house sells. I feel like I'm living in a show room instead of a home...and I'm tired of nagging at everybody to keep it clean! Yada Yada Yada......I'm tired of hearing myself! Hubby and I are taking an earlier lunch when they come and we will do our workout at the 'Y.'
jetsetter congrats on going to P2. I gotta tell you I don't know if I could be doing this if I had young ones in the house!
GirlyGirlSebas congrats on the loss!
it was a busy busy weekend for us. we ate out last night and were out all day at a dog show and I STAYED ON PLAN!! short on water and the scale reflects that but I'm doing great... normally i weigh on tuesdays anyway.
gorgeous day here today. I"m at work till 4:45 then right to the gym for body step and body pump...
Morning Chickadees! Faboo Monday morning to everyone!
Jet: Good luck getting your workout in with the kiddos clinging to you! WTG working your weight back down and for moving on to P2! You'll do great!
GirlyGirl: Wow, you DO have a lot going on today! I'm so glad all I have to focus on from 8:30 - 5:00 is my work and not my "home" work! Have a great day!
ladybug: WTG staying OP all weekend. Getting my H2O in on the weekend is one of the hardest things for me.
ME: Heading back to P 1.5 for the week. I would go all the way back to P1, but with us moving and me trying to work out more, I really could use the extra energy. I got up early enough to get a 30 minute workout in AND make breakfast, my lunch and post here. That's a good day if you ask me!
Today will be busy at work as we're starting to send out appraisal notices this week. I've also got to meet DH at lunch so we can order a refrigerator and then grocery shopping. Back to work until 5 (I hope) after that, make a taco bake for dinner and then get back to packing the house and doing laundry.
Well, I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL day, and I hope to pop back in later to see how everyone is!
Just had some oatmeal and coffee. After a quick workout to a video. I have not been motivated to do the ellipitical lately (and I should be as I have been off plan for weekend), even though I know it is a harder workout. Tomorrow is the goal and I know doing something is better than nothing. If the rain holds out maybe I will also go for a walk tonight.
I am expecting a long and hectic week at work, but I do leave Friday for a trip to NYC with my mom and her friends. It should be a good time and it will be nice to be away for a bit! One of my mom's friends is "in charge" - as she knows the city. It might be nice to leave someone else in charge for a bit, though my planning/controlling gene feels out of whack!
We had a perfect weekend here, sunny and in the 70s-80s, it was beautiful!
We are moving to phase 2 this week. I got some strawberries, oatmeal, high fiber wheat bread, some wheat pitas....only plan on one small thing a day for the week to see how it goes. I was down another pound this morning And my husband is starting to get complimented on his weight loss! I think he is around 15 pounds now!

hey Amber... my advice, unsolicited as it may be is to add ONE thing a week... like this week add fruit just once a day and see how you react for a few days... then next week add a grain and see how you react....
this week i'm back to phase 2 week four so i'm up to 2 grains a day and 2 fruits per day....
My dear brother just left in his new car - a white BMW! Pretty darned upscale for Delta and we got lots of stares when we did the village tour before going for breakfast.
I am completely ignoring the scale this morning as I strongly suspect I should adjust my ticker. It's just glorious out there so I'll get into my gardening pants and do a wee job or two. I sure need staff!
Yippee! Just got a call and they will be ready to renovate the kitchen in about two weeks as the stuff is all in. There'll be lots to do before then with cupboards to be emptied so I must book Donna for extra help. It'll be a real mess for a while but the results will be worth it.
Gotta get cracking. "A field is not ploughed by turning it over in your mind" my Dad used to say.
I was having more computer problems earlier, so I finally just turned the blasted thing off! I did get some work done around here in the meantime, such as finally washing my windows! and now I'm just waiting for the curtains to come out of the dryer so I can rehang them. What a good feeling to have that job done!
Eating this weekend was nothing to brag about, that's for sure. I, too, am avoiding the scales for a few days until I can get myself straightened out again. What with the water disaster on Saturday, then the family get-together yesterday, let's just say it's time to start over.
Cungratulations to all of you who are losing, and hurray to Ruth, you'll have a brand new kitchen real soon!
Get out there and enjoy the beautiful sunshine today!

Hey chicks,
Just checking in. Weigh in day for me is tomorrow but my clothes are getting very loose. Congrats to all who are seeing the scale moving. Take care, and good luck on the beach!

One of my clients often entertains at that casino. I just took a look at his schedule and he was not playing there this weekend (He was at the one in Shreveport LA)
Today is my "one week anniversary" of starting SB and so far, so good..I think this is something I can really live with. I put on my jeans yesterday and I could actually breathe in them.
Looks like the girls are going to adjust to their new daycare just fine. There are a couple of boys from the other place in her class here. One of them she was pretty much inseparable from. I can't tell you how excited I was when she told me Timothy was there. How's that for a blessing??
I'm going to attempt to hit the elliptical when we go down to the basement after dinner. With any luck, they'll stay off the machine while I'm on it. Wouldn't it be nice if they made kid-sized equipment?
