Question Need some water help, and other questions(m)

I've been drinking Crystal light instead of water, and I KNOW I need to get off Crystal light, or at least not drink it as much, but I truly cannot stand water. Adding lemon and lime doesn't help. Do I just need to suck it up?

Also, how soon should I be expecting tummy flattening on Phase 1? I'm day 2(technically 3 but on day 1 I ate some sugar ) so this is day 2 of NO sugar and let me tell you I'm feeling the withdrawal.. so unpleasant

Is it really necessary to take a fiber supplement?

No, it's not necessary to take a fiber supplement, but it does help. A lot of us have a tendency to be constipated on Phase 1. Eating lots of veggies and including legumes in your diet every day will help alleviate this problem, along with drinking plenty of water. I have an awful time drinking plain old water, so I often add Crystal Light or another SF brand to it. I drink a lot of Fruit2o, too. I believe it all counts towards your water requirements, although there has been some controversy about it.

The Fruit2o is ok? It doesnt have fruit in it? Or is it just flavored? I've wondered about those sparkling waters, they have some that are sugar free.. I guess I should try to drink 2 cups of water per every 1 of CL i drink maybe it will be an incentive Thanks for your help!

Trish I am with you I hate water, I am a huge diet coke drinker, but this week I have sucked it up and have forced myself to drink it, I have lost 5 pounds. This is the 4th day for me and I have not had any diet coke at all today and believe it or not my belly seems flatter and it is TOM for me.

You can do it sweetie, I have been using a water bottle and I just keep filling it up, and I am actually starting to enjoy it, well a little, but my skin does feel better.
