I've never set an exercise goal. I'm very excited to see how I do.
My Exercise Goal is 900 minutes! I hope that's not too steep...

Minutes so far = 290

March 1
2
3 40 minutes - 20 minutes spin + 20 minutes walking
4 60 minutes - walked a little over 2.5 miles around the neighborhood
5 60 minutes - 45 minute Group Kick class + 15 minute abs class
6 30 minutes - water aerobics class
7
8
9 35 minutes - 5 minutes eliptical + 30 minutes treadmill
10 50 minutes - 20 minutes spin + 30 minutes treadmill
11 15 minutes - awesome treadmill workout

I posted my exercise total in another forum, but I might as well claim credit here too. I met my goal and excercised 600 minutes in March. I'm keeping the same goal for April.
