Default Lurking And Catching Up
I am a lurker. Not sure why, but I have decided to come out of hiding to say that I was just visiting my daughter in Seattle and after having been on the south beach diet since August I haven't seen my daughter for more than a few months she called me "slim". Quite a compliment from her. Anyway, she is a vegan and while I was there that is what I did. So, now I am back and doing phase 1 again.If anyone remembers I was one of those people that lost inches for a long time before having lost weight.So, you people that aren't showing weight loss on the scale take heart it is working and will eventually show up on the scale.

Thanks to all who encouraged me.

Oh, the reason I went back to phase 1 is that the cravings came back because I had a lot of vegan desserts like chocolate cake.
