This is my first time posting for exersize too. I really have no idea what 1000 minutes of exersize feels like. Let's see that would be just over 16 hours of exersize in a month that has 31 days. UM...
Sounds like we would be getting our recommended 1/2 hour a day. That would be at least 930 minutes. I am sure I can find another 70 somewhere. Since I just joined the gym I should go for it! No excuses right...

I'm in, aiming for at least 1,000 minutes, minimum of gym 4x a week. what about that truckload of firewood I unloaded/stacked yesterday? does that count for anything?

Jan 4 Sick as a dog-a mile and a half traveled between my bed and the bathroom LOL j/k

Jan 7 30 minutes.... weightlifting (unload and stack a half ton of hay)

I am going to try and do one half hour of exercise a day. That is the most I can do with my bad knee replacement. I just started 3 days ago, and have lost 3 pounds. Joyce
