Lentil Soup

  • 1 bag lentils
    2 medium onions diced
    3 stalks celery diced
    1/2 bag frozen spinach
    2 cans Rotel
    1 tbsp garlic minced
    1 tbsp Italian seasonings
    3 tsp chicken bouillon (the good kind, or substitute 3-4 cups of water with chicken stock.)
    Salt & pepper to taste

    In a stock pot fill half with water & dump all ingredients bring to a boil & cover & simmer until its done to your liking (about an hour is good for me).
