Default Cauliflower Salad

CAULIFLOWER SALAD
1 med. head cauliflower
1 lb. bacon, fried crispy
1/2 c. splenda or a little less
1 lg. pkg. finely grated Cheddar cheese
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing to cover
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry bacon crispy and drain well. Crumble bacon into bowl with raw cauliflower pieces, sugar and cheese. Coat lightly with salad dressing and salt and pepper to taste. Recipe works best if you refrigerate overnight before serving. Works great for those who don't care for raw cauliflower. It tastes completely different in this recipe.

Toni, I made this last night. I did not have the recipe in front of me, so I went by memory. I did not add the splenda, and I used mayonnaise instead of Miracle Whip. I also added a teaspoon of dry chopped onions. This morning, it tastes fabulous! Thanks for posting!

I like the idea Monet of using reg. mayo and onions with it. And for me cutting down on the splenda. Think I might try and get the stuff tomorrow to make this. It sounds good.
