Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
2 1/2 cups reduced fat or skim milk
1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 pound 2% American cheese
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter or margarine over medium heat in a 2 quart saucepan.
2. Add milk and cream cheese; stirring until cream cheese melts. Stir in cheese and broccoli. Stir until cheese melts, and soup is heated through.
