Hubby and I will be starting soon. I have been looking thru recipes and found the stuffed peppers...yum. I do have a tip for those using ground beef. I fry mine up in a teflon pan...but instead of just draining the fat, I put it in a colander and rinse it under hot water to rid as much fat as I can. The taste is not changed as far as I can tell. I put it back into the pan...adding onion and whatever else I want...add a bit of water, cover and let veg steam cook....and your good to go!
