I am on day 5 of Wave 1 - I plan to weigh myself at the beginning of each week. I started off at 180 - I plan to work towards 110.

I'm starting this Sonoma way monday and cannot wait, i'll be starting out at 215 and want to get to 140... all this encouragement will definately help, you all rock!;)

I'm finishing off day 8 of the Sonoma Diet and I've lost 9 pounds so far. I feel great and not deprived at all. I recommend this diet to anyone with a little perserverance.

Im at 213... My first goal is 200 but my other goal is to get down to 150

I weigh 120 and want to get to 110, started the Soth Beach in Jan when I was 138. I'm only 5'1" and small framed so this should be a good weight for me. I should be 5'4" but due to scoliosis there are 3 missing inches...what a ripoff, lol

I don't have a scale because I am too scared...I am going to go by my dress size. I want to go down at least 2 sizes... and then we will see about how I feel and then maybe, just maybe, I will buy a scale!!!:D

I started with Atkin's because I had lost 20 lbs. with it before.
But I was really missing my fruits and whole grains, so I've switched to Sonoma. Sonoma has much better variety and I think is much healthier in their limitation of saturated fats. I started at 168 lbs and am currently at 159.5 lbs. My goal weight is 150. I haven't started exercising yet, but I have joined the local gym effective 7/1/06. NY Nan 168/159.5/150 |
