Default Breakfast ideas - Wave 1??

Hi all,
I'm just starting the Sonoma diet tomorrow and I'm needing some ideas for breakfast besides eggs? I'm also wondering where you buy Stone Cut oats? I'm in Canada and some of the items mentioned on this site are hard to find such as Laughing Cow cheese or any fat free cheese. Any ideas?
Thanks

I get my steel cut oats from Trader Joes. I bet you can find them from any health food store.
They are the oats that take about 40 minutes to cook.

Im not sure about the cheese, but I use fat free tomato basil feta on a lot of stuff. Im not a breakfast person and not much for eggs. I have found that the best thing for me is arrohead crunchy peanut butter on a thomas whole wheat english muffin. I toast the muffin. ITs really good and I also will eat it as a snack sometimes. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Are english muffins allowed on the diet? I would absolutely love it if they were...I've just been eating a slice of whole wheat toast for breakfast, usually with peanut butter, sometimes plain.

I have been eating a thomas whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter for breakfast for a while now. It is ok to eat. Toast is so boring to me. The muffins are great. Hope this helps.

Hi,
I like what I've read so far about Sonoma. But I need a little help until my book arrives. Are we allowed spreads such as Smart Balance?
