Hi leelee! I'm a Q poster - my screen name there is JRTmom (I have a Jack Russell Terrier ) I just bought the book last night and haven't started reading it yet. Do you find The Sonoma Diet easy to follow? I'm a Lifetime Member of Weight Watchers (but have gained back all of my weight...and then some ) and I've tried The South Beach Diet, too - it's a little daunting to try something new, but I'm gonna give it a shot!
hi fullmoon! were you watching our posts over on the Q? glad you're here! I really like this so far and I was doing SB for a while last year....this seems better. Some of the same ideas, but I don't think as restrictive. Also I don't like to use chemical sweeteners, etc...which was all over that plan. This is fresh healthy good-for-you food! Start to read the book - I think you'll really like it. It is very easy to read and interesting too!

I don't know what Q is either but I've been to LOTS of message boards (I'm a junky to be honest, a message board junky) and nothing beats the world of 3fc.
