Hello all,
I have just bought the book and am just starting to read it. I have been lurking in this forum for a few days and have a quick question.
Does anybody know if this diet is good if you have a large amount of weight to lose or is it more useful for smaller amounts? I have about 100+ lbs to lose. Should I be looking for a different diet?(or should I say miracle).
My next question is did anybody have problems sticking to wave 1? Did you find it to restrictive?
