Default Tomato Juice question

Is tomato juice allowed on Wave 1 ... like a glass with some salt, pepper and horseradish stirred in?

You can have 1 serving of tomato juice or V-8 juice per day, as long as you get your other veggies in the form of whole vegetables.

Serving being 1 cup or 1/2 cup?

The nutritionist didn't specify, but tomato juice only has 41 calories per cup, so I'd say a cup would be a good serving size.
