Question About This...

  • Ok, this may seem like a strange question considering but I'm going to ask it anyways...I eat pretty much like the Mediterranean Lifestyle usually...except...I'm allergy to shellfish and developed an aversion to all fish when I was little...so I don't eat fish at all. Besides chicken what would be a good substitute for the nutrients found in fish?
