Thankyou for the welcome, ladies! Pilgrim, sometimes I have trouble sleeping this time of year as well, but I found a chamomile tea made by Yogi Teas that has valerian in it, and it always helps my brain calm down enough to sleep. Gardenermom, only one glass of wine is a big achievement for me too, so congratulations!

Today:
B: Kashi Waffle w/ Sugar Free Syrup
L: PB&J on WW, w/ Harvest Cheddar Sunchips and Hummus
S: handful of almonds
S: string cheese
D: I'm supposed to eat dinner w/ my family, and we're supposed to have homemade spaghetti and meatballs on WW pasta, but I have a feeling my mom is going to want to eat out instead of cooking, so probably some sort of broiled fish and vegetables. I'll let you know.

Last night we did end up eating the spaghetti and meatballs, but I had an extra helping of meatballs that I didn't need, and a piece of grilled white bread Oh well, I guess I'll have to pick myself up and start over again today.

B: Kashi waffle w/ sugar free syrup (sensing a trend anyone?)
L: WW rotini w/ the last of the vegetarian meat sauce
S: Kashi peanutty dark chocolate bar
S: String Cheese
D: Grilled Chicken, peas and brown rice

We ended up going out to eat last night, and I got a steak salad.

B: Kashi Waffle w/ Sugar free syrup
L: Whole Wheat Sub, w/ Turkey, and Guacamole
S: Almonds
D: Grilled Chicken, brown rice and something green

I stocked up on hurricane supplies yesterday, but I got things that would still fit into the Sonoma diet, so that I can't use having a hurricane as an excuse

We came through the storm alright, just a lot of strong wind and rain. Unfortunately last night we had a hurricane party, where we ate all the things from our freezers that were starting to thaw from the power going out. I did eat a white roll and half a piece of cake. I'm sort of holding steady weight wise.

B: Kashi Waffle
L: PB&J on WW
D: Fondue (I'm planning on keeping the cheese and chocolate to a minimum, no white bread, not too much of the other kind and a lot of vegetables...we'll see how this works out)
