I have to say, I've never been excited about dieting, but I definitely can see this working. It's not tofu or other flavorless things that you're forced to eat....these are very flavorful foods. I'm waiting on the Sonoma Diet book to come in the mail. I've been engaged for over a year and I have just over a year until my wedding and I really want to get into a healthy lifestyle for my future. I would love to hear feedback from people who have experienced this first hand. I've never had a support system in dieting, and now I have my fiance and a place to share! Thanks!!

Oh, I ABSOLUTELY know how you feel!

I am excited that this is a diet I can actually be successful with, I lost 9 pounds my first ten days! It has not been hard to stay with, it helps you lose your desire for junky food, the food has been great!

I hope you have success with it.

I haven't purchased any books yet, but I find a lot of online resources.

All us newbies need a date to start, I just started reading the book and am very excited to start too. I even bought a pretty 7 inch plate at the thrift store. I have everything in place and willing to really give this diet a try.
Anybody with me?
