Here is my Thursday menu.... Its still not perfect (due to the full fall cheese I put on my sandwiches and the chocolate I had as one of my snacks), but its MUCH healthier than im used to eating.
Breakfast: A glass of wheatgrass juice and 2 eggs with a slice of whole wheat toast
Lunch: A whole wheat veggie sandwich with lettuce, spinach, onions, olives, green peppers, tomatoes, and cheese.
Dinner: Same as lunch
Snacks throughout the day: A bunch of cherry tomatoes, 7 almonds, half of a lindor chocolate heart.
I didnt do any exercise today as Im feeling really tired for some reason.... I hope to get some in tomorrow!! Lets keep this chat going girls!!!
