Default Snack Ideas

I have decided to give the Sonoma Diet a try, I have been counting calories for a while but have become bored with it I am in need of a change and I think this plan is exactly what i need! My only concern is snacks. I have no idea what to take to work to snack on through the day. If anyone could provide some ideas it would be appreciated.

Thanx!

If you're starting - veggies! Wave one suggests veggies for a snack - you can cut them up and bag them ahead of time. Cucumber, peppers, tomato etc are all good. Also I used almonds to snack on in wave 1, carefully counting them (11) at a time and only once a day.

Once you're onto wave 2 you can continue with the veggies or can add some other things (I often have my fruit as snacks rather than meals). Sonoma isn't meant to have huge snacks, rather to enjoy your meals and snack if necessary, so these should do it?

Good luck,
Jax

Cablgurl,

Veggies and small portions of nuts are indeed a good idea. I don't have the book here at work with me, but I do believe there is a section of acceptable snacks in there by Wave.
