Homemade Tortilla Chips

1 pkg. whole wheat tortillas (12 package)
Nonstick cooking spray
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. chili powder

Spray each tortilla with cooking spray. Sprinkle lightly with spices. Stack tortillas and cut in eighths (I use a pizza cutter.) Single layer on cookie sheet. Bake or broil 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving size: 16 chips

I love making baked tortilla chips!

I once baked a few using the low card low fat ones from La Tortilla Factory, put them in a ziploc and had them with my when my BF ordered chips and salsa at the bar. It was a life saver because I probably could have eaten the whole basket of the other ones.

Just made these using ground red pepper and garlic powder. YUM!!!
