Default Buffalo Chicken Dip

This is one of my favourite snack recipes from long before I was a South Beacher. I used to eat with tortilla chips, but this is P1 friendly with cucumber slices and celery sticks for dipping. On P2 you could use whole wheat pita triangles.

This is more or less the recipe:

I always eyeball the ingredient amounts, I substitute low fat cream cheese and cheddar cheese, and I use shredded rotisserie chicken breast or chopped grilled chicken breasts instead of the canned chicken. I sometimes add low fat ranch if I have it on hand but it isn't essential. Use one with low sugar if you do add it.

YUM. I made this for a birthday party last night and figured I should share.

Laughing cow wedges, cottage cheese, or greek yogurt are good substitutes as well!
