Default Wednesday Planning

Ahhhh my finals start Wednesday . I知 nervous! Anyways Planning is important especially when stressed.

B: Chex and Non-Fat milk
L: Chicken Salad Sandwich, whole wheat bread (2 slices), string cheese, pretzel (I知 probable not going to eat this all at one time instead I値l probable space it out while I知 studying I知 weird like that).
D: Chicken with broccoli
S: I知 not sure I might have some popcorn or just ス of a cup of no-sugar added ice cream with tablespoon of cool whip.

WO: 40 Minutes Walking
Water: 3 Liters
