Well, yesterday's calories were fine, but the wholeness of the day was not. Today:
B-greek omelet
L-romaine salad, tomato soup, Healthy Choice frozen manicotti w/broccoli
S-berries and yogurt
D-salmon, sweet potato, zucchini, salad
S-dark chocolate, tea
B--1/2 c oatmeal with cinnamon
S--1 c cottage cheese with 1/4 cup pineapple
L--salad of Romaine, chicken, dried cranberries, pecans with raspberry dressing
S--yogurt (if I'm hungry)
D--??? probably chicken, fresh steamed green beans and brown rice
