Another Newbie
Just a quick hello, to say hi.
My name is Mel and I'm overweight...
Hoping to hold steady (or lose) during the holidays.
I have 3 kids- ages 6, 4, & 2. I work part-time from home.
Hot chocolate/coffee are my downfalls, especially during the cold months. I need to eat better to give my kids a better role model.
I've set my first goal as 160, though I could lose more than that. Just hate to be on a diet especially when my dh is 125lb and can eat whatever he wants- drives me nuts!
